“I spent years feeling trapped in a life that didn’t feel like mine.”

Whether you’re here to rediscover who you are, simplify your life, or take on a bold new adventure, this space is for you.

I believe freedom begins the second you stop living for someone else, and start living for yourself.

I believe that stepping outside of your comfort zone is the doorway to personal growth.

And I believe that adventure starts right where you are, even if your heart feels heavy.

Hey, y’all! I’m Stacy, your trail guide through life’s messy middle.

For 25 years, I lived in denial of my High Functioning Depression. I worked 70-hour weeks, numbed myself with alcohol, and hid behind the mask of “I’m fine.”

But I wasn’t fine. My last suicide attempt happened on a family beach vacation at 40 years old. That was my rock bottom — and also the moment I realized I had two choices: keep pretending, or finally start facing the pain.

So I chose my personal growth journey with nature as my guide, and I haven’t looked back.

Pages of Changes was born out of that turning point. It’s not a place for polished inspiration — it’s a campfire for the worn-out, the overwhelmed, and the ones who wonder if they’ll ever feel like themselves again.

Beautifully designed tools to help you reflect, reset, and keep moving forward

I’m not here to hand you a perfectly polished self-help formula. I’m here because I’ve been through the messy stuff myself. I know what it’s like to drown in fear, to chase all the “shoulds,” to feel like you’re living somebody else’s life instead of your own.

But I also know the trail out.

For me, it started with one small step — choosing to believe I deserved something different. And then another. And another. Some steps were rocky, some muddy, but they all led me toward a life that feels real, adventurous, and unapologetically mine.

That’s why I tell my stories – the messy and unfiltered ones – and share tools I’ve picked up along the way. Because y’all deserve to know you’re not alone, and that courage is built one small, stubborn step at a time.

  • You’ll go from feeling trapped to feeling free, from restless to alive, and from “this shouldn’t be my life” to “I’m creating the life I’ve always wanted.”

Just for fun, here’s a few little things about me:

Learning to solo hunt has been a massive confidence boost for me.

Scooby, our husky / beagle mix “son”, travels everywhere with our family.

I was a pet groomer for 25 years, & I owned my own salon for 17 of those years.

I’m obsessed with birds. My back porch is a haven for orioles & hummingbirds.

My chickens lay rainbow eggs. (I have Ameraucanas, Easter Eggers, & more!)
